Custom-fit space

We were recently contacted by a distributor of professional water purification equipment with a request to find a warehouse space.
The task was resolved fairly quickly — within 2–3 days we identified a suitable logistics center that fully met the client’s needs. The client confirmed the specifications, location, and budget. One site visit later, the matter was closed.

Interestingly, during this project I came across a format I hadn’t seen before: massive warehouses — around 20,000 sqft — being divided and tailored to each tenant’s specific requirements.

All in all, finding the right space is not a simple task, but it’s absolutely doable.

Our full service package includes:

1. Pre-selection of properties for various purposes — offices, production and storage spaces, showrooms, retail, etc. — based strictly on the client’s criteria
2. On-site inspections of suitable properties
3. Photo and video report following the inspections
4. Negotiation process with property representatives regarding contract terms and future usage

The final result is the signing of a lease agreement or the purchase of a property that fully meets the client’s needs.
